OnaRole.com began as a support network for acting professionals in New England. Having witnessed the power of networking to enhance mutual success for acting and other entertainment professionals, and inspired by Radioman's Hotline and peer-group promotional efforts, Dan Delventhal and John Noonan created OnaRole. He and other OnaRole associates have been exchanging tips and information since "Hollywood East" began to "heat up" in 2006.  OnaRole has been created to serve the interests of he local show biz community, particularly actors.
